Refund & Replacement Policy

1. Crypto payments are final

Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed by us or by the network. By paying, you confirm that you have checked the package, symbol, timeframe, format, price and payment network.

2. When a refund or replacement is available

• You paid but did not receive a working download link.
• The delivered file is corrupt, empty or cannot be opened.
• You received the wrong symbol, timeframe or package.
• You accidentally paid twice for the same order, or overpaid the confirmed amount.

Where possible, we will first send a corrected file or replacement link. If we cannot resolve the issue, a refund may be approved.

3. Request window

Contact us within 7 days of payment. Include the payment transaction ID, the package you ordered and a clear description or screenshot of the problem. Requests submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.

4. Refund method

Approved refunds are returned in the same cryptocurrency and on the same network used for payment, minus network or transaction fees. We do not send refunds to a different wallet or network unless we explicitly agree in writing.

5. No refund for these cases

• Change of mind after delivery.
• Trading losses, strategy losses or market outcomes.
• You sent funds on the wrong network or to the wrong address.
• You underpaid the confirmed amount.
• Your software cannot import CSV, ZIP or Parquet files that match the agreed format.
• You shared or redistributed a private download link.
• You requested a custom dataset that was already prepared or delivered.

6. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Because payments are made in crypto, there is no card chargeback process. If you open a false dispute or attempt to reverse a confirmed transfer, we may suspend delivery and request evidence of payment.

7. How to request help

Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram with your transaction ID and order details. Keep the original payment transaction ID until the issue is resolved.
