Does it work without internet?

What is the difference from the web builder?
Identical generation engine and features, byte-for-byte. The desktop version works offline, has no server dependency, and keeps everything private — ideal for commercial strategy development.
Is the EXE safe? Does Windows SmartScreen complain?
The EXE is compiled with Nuitka to native machine code (no Python bytecode, no interpreter). Newly released unsigned apps can trigger SmartScreen warnings — click "More info" then "Run anyway". The file is a single self-contained executable.
